Common questions
My progress disappeared.
Progress lives on the device, so deleting the app takes it with it and reinstalling starts you over. There’s no account behind the game, so there’s no backup on our side we can restore from. Sorry, we really can’t get it back.
How do I get past the low branches?
Roll instead of jumping. The roll button takes Rollo underneath them, and a jump will put him straight into one.
Can I start over?
Settings → Reset Everything.
How do I turn off the sound or the vibration?
Settings has separate switches for sound effects, music and vibration.
Deleting your data
Settings → Reset Everything clears your scores, acorns, accessories and finished levels. Deleting the app does the same thing. There is nothing held anywhere else, so there is nothing else to delete.
