If you are reporting a bug, the level number and your device model are usually enough to reproduce it.
Common questions
How do stars work?
Every level has a par — the number of parts a tidy solution needs. Solve it in par or fewer for three stars, within two over par for two, and any win at all earns one. The counter in the top bar shows where you stand while you build.
I beat a level but only got one star.
That just means the machine used more parts than par. The level stays beaten and the next one unlocks either way — replay it whenever you want a better score. Only your best run is kept.
The conveyor belt does nothing.
A belt is unpowered until the ball hits its motor — the small grey box connected to it by a red wire. Once the motor lights up green, the belt runs for the rest of that attempt.
I made a mistake building.
The undo button steps back through your edits one at a time. Dragging a part back down onto the dock deletes it, and Clear empties the board, which you can also undo.
My progress did not move to my other device.
Progress syncs through iCloud, so both devices need to be signed in to the same Apple Account with iCloud Drive on. Sync can take a minute, and needs the app opened on both devices at least once. Half-built boards deliberately stay on the device where you built them.
How do I turn off the sound or the vibration?
The gear icon on the level list has separate switches for sound effects, music, and haptics.
Deleting your data
Settings → Reset All Progress re-locks every level and erases your stars and saved boards. It cannot be undone. Deleting the app removes everything stored on the device.
