Contraption Lab Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Contraption Lab, including the creation and sharing of community levels. Contraption Lab is provided by Point of Vu, LLC.
Using Contraption Lab
You may use the game for lawful, personal purposes and in accordance with these terms. Do not interfere with the service, misuse other players' accounts, or attempt to circumvent its security or moderation systems.
Your creations and publishing rights
You retain ownership of original levels and other content you create. By publishing content to the Contraption Lab community, you grant Point of Vu, LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and make that published content available to other players through Contraption Lab and its related services, solely for operating, providing, maintaining, and promoting the game and its community features.
You represent that you own or have the permissions needed to publish your content, and that publishing it does not violate anyone else's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights. Do not upload content you are not authorized to share.
Community rules and moderation
Do not publish unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, threatening, deceptive, or infringing content, or content designed to disrupt the game. We may review, reject, hide, or remove content, and restrict access to publishing features when necessary to enforce these rules or protect players.
If you encounter inappropriate community content, please report it through the app where available or contact support@pointofvu.app.
Removal of published content
You may request removal of your published content by contacting us. The publishing license ends when the content is removed from the service, except for limited copies retained as reasonably necessary for backups, technical operations, legal obligations, or resolving disputes. Copies already shared or cached may take time to disappear.
Availability and changes
We may update, modify, or discontinue features, including community services, and may revise these terms. Material changes will be communicated through the app or website. Continued use after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
